Micromax Qube X550 Review - Micromax Dual SIM X550 Qube Review

Micromax is one of the few Indian cellphone companies that is making its presence felt very strongly - thanks to the massive advertising campaigns running in the media. They recently also did what inexpensive phone makers are expected to do sooner or later; take the openly available Google Android OS and slap it on one of its models, which gave birth to Andro A60.




But today we're taking a look at one of their non smart touchphone offerings - the Qube X550. It is a decent-looking phone under Rs. 5,000 that may catch the attention of many. Its USP is supposedly the "3D Cube User Interface". Let's see if it is any good beyond its dazzling UI effect.

The demand of stylish smartphones is increasing day by day and it seems like every brand has got something to offer in this fair. Micromax too has come up with its own model in this foray which it has named X550 Qube. Qube has a beautiful full body expanding touch screen, much like the android mobiles. This is a 3.2 inch 262k color compatible TFT full touch screen. On this screen you’ll find a cube which can be rotated in various directions so that each surface reveals a different set of widgets.

Qube X550 has a camera which is 2.0 MP pixels sharp and can render maximum photographic resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels. The camera does have the digital zoom feature but no flash. You can record video as well.
