Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac hits App Store

Even though Mac users did not get the same comprehensive Zune software as Windows PC owners for synching their Zune HD and Windows Phone 7 devices, Microsoft had been kind enough to provide software that would at least allow basic synching capabilities. The software Windows Phone 7 Connector which was so far had the beta tag attached to it has now hit the final version and become available for download on the Mac App Store. The app is still unchanged from the beta version, so you still get the basic multimedia file transfer, ability to browse the files on the Windows Phone 7 device and update the firmware as and when they are available. Still, something is better than nothing. Hopefully, Microsoft is planning to bring something along the lines of the Zune software for the Mac users in future.
