The whole nation is looking forward to celebrating Holi in the true spirit. And interestingly, just like every Holi enthusiast, even Bollywood’s Big B is waiting to savor the festival by dousing loved ones in colors.
However, the occasion of colors wouldn’t be complete without singing to the tunes of the popular Holi melodies. And so when Big B was asked about his most favorite Holi song, the actor stated that he likes `Rang Barse Bheege Chunar Wali Rang Barse' from ‘Silsila’ and ‘Holi Khele Raghuveera' from ‘Baghban’.
Bachchans not having Holi bash this year
The Bachchan family, which is known for hosting a big glitzy, Holi bash at their fabulous place every year, will however be having a low key celebration this year, since they have lost a close relative in the family.
Speaking about not organizing a lavish Holi party, Amitabh stated, "There has been a demise of a loved one close to the family, thus we will not be celebrating.”
The actor who has completed shooting for his upcoming film ‘Aarakshan’ will soon start working on his new project ‘Bbuddah'.
Abhishek to celebrate Holi with Aishwarya
Abhishek who is having a ball working for Abbas Mustan’s action thriller ‘Players’ is excited to celebrate Holi with his family and friends. The actor stated that Holi has always been his favorite festival.
“I love Holi and yes, it is my favourite festival for sure. “Holi always brings back some amazing memories. It was always such a huge event at home and to get to see all your loved ones in different shades of colours was always fun,” said Abhishek.
It’s learnt that this year the Bachchan family will be celebrating Holi only in the evening with their family and a few friends.
“Well, as of now, we’re just planning to have a get-together later in the evening. Nothing’s on as of now,” said Abhishek.about his Holi plans.
Interestingly, when asked about the fun aspects of this year’s Holi, a super excited Abhishek who is keen to celebrate the festival with Aishwarya, further added that celebrating it with her makes it all the more special for him.
