Ashley Tisdale's Mom Chaperoned 'Allure' Nude Shoot

Ashley Tisdale bares quite a bit of skin in the May issue of Allure, with a black and white photo by Patrick Demarchelier included in the mag's annual nude issue (Keri Hilson, Kaley Cuoco and Bridget Moynahan also stripped down). Tisdale, 25, had the full support of her parents during the shoot—she was even accompanied to the set by her mom, Lisa!

"I've always wanted to be sure my parents approve of what I do," Tisdale explained to Allure. "Even with my tattoos, my mom went with me. The 'believe' tattoo [down her back, featured in the photo] is because my mom always told me to believe."

Tisdale hopes that the revealing photo will help people to see her as more than a teenybopper High School Musical star. "Being in this shoot was me saying, 'I'm not just the young girl everybody thinks I am. I'm actually a woman.'"
