Miley Cyrus Flashes Latest Tattoo on Twitter

Pop star Miley Cyrus once said she had abandoned Twitter because she no longer wanted to broadcast her personal life with the entire world. Now she's back on Twitter, and she's broadcasting her body art!

On Sunday, Cyrus posted a picture of herself with the caption, "Rocking piggy tails for the first time since like 6th grade! I love summer time :)". In the photo, Cyrus is rocking a typical MySpace tweener pose in a barely there tank top that showcases one of her newest tats, a dreamcatcher on her torso.
