The Stars hadn’t been getting many good bounces, scoring nine goals during the six-game skid. Their three even-strength goals Sunday were one more than they had in the previous four games combined.
Captain Brenden Morrow scored his 29th goal and added two assists for the Stars, who haven’t won back-to-back games since March 5-7.
“We’re in desperation mode, and every point means something,” Morrow said.
Brad Richards added an assist for his team-leading 71st point but has only one goal in his last nine games. However, Richards has eight goals and seven assists in his last 12 games against Columbus.

Mike Ribeiro scored twice to help Dallas snap a six-game losing streak Sunday with a 4-3 victory in Anaheim.
