One man however, has cut a rather different dash to his contemporaries. Dalglish's return to the game after a decade away has allowed him a sense of detachment, an ability to relax and take stock. Being the monarch of the Kop certainly helps; having to win over the fans is often the hardest task for a manager, even if you are Arsene Wenger for example. Dalglish has been in the position of those wracked and ruined managers, and has previously bowed to the same pressures, and may well do so again once granted a more full-time position, but for the moment, enjoyment is the name of the game.
