Kelly Osbourne's Got a New Boyfriend

Kelly Osbourne got in a public Twitter brawl with her ex-fiance last year, calling him "a piece of "s**t" and "user," and was accused of being unstable and needy in the love department -- but now she's snatched a new guy right up, naysayers!

The Fashion Police correspondent is dating a very artsy photographer, Anton Lombardi, who she's been friends with for years.

A source told the New York Post: "Kelly and Anton have known each other for a long time, but their relationship became more serious a week ago. Things happened naturally. Kelly's friends are really happy for them - he's a really good, very talented guy."

They've already settled into their downtown New York hipster romance together -- strolling down the streets with her puppy and hitting up a Met Gala after party -- and have also jet-setted off to Los Angeles.

Kelly recently promised she'd never publicize her romance tribulations after her intense rant against ex Luke Worrall (after she found out he cheated with transsexual Elle Schneider.) But as Kelly said about this new year: "onwards and upwards!" To taller, lankier, shabbier NYC starving artist types, that is.
