Look of the Day: Uma Thurman in Versace

It's not easy picking just one look from an event like the Cannes Film Festival. Luckily, Uma Thurman made it easy for us, by looking absolutely stunning in white Versace at the Midnight in Paris premiere. It can be tough to wear white on the red carpet without looking like a runaway bride, but Uma clearly nailed this look.

The strapless gown featured a sweetheart neckline and perfectly fitted bodice. Floaty feathers on the skirt were a dramatic touch, while a daring thigh-high slit added a sexy touch and kept the dress from looking too bridal. The piece was slightly modified from the runway version, and the front cutouts were removed. But luckily they kept the slinky back detailing intact!

Jade green chandelier earrings, nude Jimmy Choo sandals and a whispy updo were the final touches on this pristine ensemble.
