Paula Abdul Joins 'X-Factor'

With just hours before it’s taping on Sunday (May 8, 2011) Paula Abdul has signed a deal to be a judge on the X Factor.

This will have Paula reunited with Simon Cowell and will see her alongside side Cheryl Cole and Antonio Reid. Cowell had been very clear in several interviews he did with British reports to state that he did want Paula on his new show. It was currently unclear if the producers of the X Factor would get a signed contract from Paula due to a contract with CBS that had confusing wording that could have prevented her from participating in the show, sources say.
