Nurnberg coach Dieter Hecking says his side has not yet given up on its dream of playing in Europe next season, which is why a win over Hoffenheim tomorrow is essential.
Five points currently separate the Bavarians in sixth place from Mainz in fifth and Hecking wants to increase the pressure on his side's rivals and, if possible, delay the decision over who will represent Germany in the Europa League until next weekend.
"We have a minimum chance of qualifying for Europe and we want to beat Hoffenheim at home to maybe allow us to take this chance on the final day of the season,'' he said.
