Epson ME Office 620F Review

Wednesday, March 23, 2011

When it comes to MFDs, a SoHo user usually has to settle for a model that does not have Fax functionality because the cost of such MFDs is usually higher.

Epson has tried to fix this by launching the affordable ME Office 620F, which has got all the functions expected of an office MFD, including Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) and Fax, and the price is not beyond reach for most. It is similar to the TX300F we had reviewed before. Serving as a printer, copier, scanner and fax, with a useful software bundle, the 620F does appear to be a promising product. We have tested it and are ready with the review to help you decide whether this is worth a buy.
Bundle

One set of four INKdividual cartridges
USB data cable
Power cable
Quick Start Guide
Basic Operation Guide
Warranty Card
Driver and software CD

All the necessary cables have been provided and you will not need to purchase anything separately. ABBYY FineReader Sprint OCR software is provided with this MFD to complement it for office work.

It comes with four INKdividual cartridges so that you only need to replace that cartridge which gets spent, thus saving money. The DURABrite Ultra ink used in these cartridges is durable, dries instantly and is not smudged by water.
