Katy Perry is suing mad.
The cartoonish pop star has just filed a suit against an Australian magazine that claimed she'd cheated on husband Russell Brand just weeks after their lavish wedding in India.
In March, NW magazine published a story that claimed Perry had an "intimate relationship" with music producer Benny Bianco. Now Perry is pursuing damages for the story, arguing that it damaged her reputation and feelings and caused her distress, embarrassment and humiliation.
Perry's suit coincides with the Australian leg of her California Dreams tour. On Thursday, she tweeted, "Oy... I am so glad I kicked off my OZ tour in Melbourne.... you made me feel right at home."
